Because all of our products are made to order and built in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is produced specifically for your order, and for that reason all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist. We take quality seriously and will work with you to address any problems related to craftsmanship or transit.
